  • Third-Party Games: The games displayed on TapTapFun are loaded via third-party publisher interfaces (including but not limited to GamePix). We do not own, control, or review the content, performance, or safety of these games. Any gameplay data, loading errors, bugs, or in-game content are the sole responsibility of the respective third-party providers.
  • Advertisements: The Site contains third-party advertisements and links (such as Google AdSense). We do not control these ads or the websites they link to. Your interaction with any third-party ads is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms and privacy policies.

3. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TAPTAPFUN AND ITS SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR VIRUS-FREE.

4. Limitation on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAPTAPFUN OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $50). THE EXISTENCE OF MORE THAN ONE CLAIM WILL NOT ENLARGE THIS LIMIT.

5. Intellectual Property

Excluding the third-party games, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, logos, and UI designs on the Site are owned by TapTapFun or its licensors.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial principles, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. Any claims or disputes shall be resolved through friendly informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than via class action lawsuits.
